POSTAGE AND SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME

Limited Edition Prints are made to order therefore processing time can be between 7 and 10 business days. Once shipped or posted you will receive an email with your tracking details.All shipments will require a signature on delivery.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipping internationally is available on prints and original artwork. Prints are shipped as rolled i.e. in a robust postage tube with accompanying Certificate of Authenticity. Shipping costs for prints are calculated at checkout.

We also offer worldwide delivery for original pieces with full tracking. Please get in contact via the Enquire About page and we will provide you with a quote to send your order via courier. Please note, however, transit times may vary due to customs delays. Please also note: Shipments to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and tax. LINDY ANSTEY ART is not responsible for any extra fees incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you and may hinder the arrival of your item.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for and delays in delivery due to customs.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If any item arrives damaged please contact us with 7 days and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Royal Mail usually requires an inspection in the event of damages so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. You may be contacted by a member of the Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us. Lindy Anstey Art MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If your item does not arrive within 21 business days of your dispatch notice and you have not received correspondence from us informing you of a delay in delivery please contact us through the enquiry form.

RETURNS PROCESS

We are confident that you will be delighted with your Lindy Anstey artwork. If you are nor happy with your order unfortunately we are unable to offer refund. However, we can offer an exchange for a piece of equal or higher value if returned undamaged and in the original packing. This will be agreed on an individual basis with the customer paying return shipping.

To complete your return, you must email us prior to returning any items.
